This gite can accommodate 6 people (150m²) and is situated on the 1st floor of the owner’s large old farm house. It is situated in the garrigue, surrounded by vineyards, on the outskirts of the village of Fontanes
The accommodation (150 m2) is on two floors and comprises a large dining, kitchen and living space with an open fireplace. The equipment includes a dish-washer, washing machine, oven, refrigerator and microwave oven and a television. There are two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Each bedroom has a double bed and w;h.b. and the mezzanine has two single beds. Prices of the central heating include.There are two separate W.C’s and a double shower room. Bed linen is provided. Off the living area is a large (30m²) covered terrace with a barbecue. Access to the gite is via its own staircase. We do not take animals.
The occupants also have access to a walled garden of 420m² with an 8m x 4m swimming pool (the pool complies with current safety rules) This is a communal space shared with the occupants of the other gite and the owner. It is a heated swimming pool (solar panels) which permits swimming from April to September. A locked garage space is also available.
