" FRANCHE COMTÉ " - THE GREENEST REGION OF FRANCE...
The Franche Comté borders in the north on the Alsace, in the south on Rhône Alpes, in the east on Switzerland and in the west on Bourgone. Here each recovery-looking for finds undreamt of possibilities, so e.g. the royal saltworks of Arc et Senans, the pictorial village Baume-les- Messieurs, the capital of the section Doubs as well as the region Franche Comté - to Besancon, the waterfalls of the Hérissons, the source of the Lison, the pictorial valley of the Loue with that pittoreske small town Ornans, the chapel of Ronchamp, the lake of Vouglans.
Here in Cléron with it approximately 200 inhabitants, stand this old farmhouse, which was converted to a cosy and comfortable Gîte. Cléron, 25 kilometers south of Besancon, is the ideal starting point for discovering the Franche Comté.
The holiday house:
Cosy house for 4 to 8 persons, in a small village, only a few meters of the river Loue. The house is among other things equipped with fire-place, grill, cradle, high chair and telephone. You'll find here 2 doublebedrooms (each with a supplementary bed), a living room with 2 sofabeds, a nice kitchen with a fireplace, 1 bathroom and a toilette,
In the barnthere is an old restored kitchen with an old bread baking-oven. The "Gîte" can be heated with electric heater and wood-burning stove. Behind the house is a small cosy garden with garden furniture. To swim is possible in the close river or in the open-air swimming pool (8 km).
